    Once an element blows - the product is useless and can't be fixed.
    I rang dualit they said they do not sell spares for this toaster, they where very pleased to say 'oh but it is recyclable' big deal.
    if you are thinking of buying a quality toaster don't buy this one.
    buy the Dualit 2 slice Cream Toaster 20247 they supply all spares - and it will run for years. - have had a 4 slice dualit toaster for 30 years+
    don't buy this rubbish spend out and buy the proper thing. and spread the word so they stop making this wasteful junk.
